What does G-PARX Storage Solutions do?
G-PARX is a provider of storage and commercial space as well as XXL garages throughout Germany. Our aim is to offer a customised range of storage space for private individuals as well as tradesmen in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
What to book / use storage space for?
Whether for furniture after a move, temporary storage or use as a garage for your car or boat. G-PARX offers a real alternative to a small cellar or an oversized warehouse. Our properties can be rented by anyone, whether private or commercial. You determine the size of the storage space and the rental period.
How can things be delivered?
All our locations have optimal transport connections and sufficient manoeuvring space. The individual rental properties are at ground level and can also be accessed by van. Around the clock, every day of the week.
Access to the storage room
Unrestricted access – around the clock, every day of the week – through an automated access control system with its own G-PARX app.
How is the park secured?
All our parks are fully monitored by online video, equipped with floodlights, secured by a 2.4m high fence with climbing protection and an electric roller gate. Access is exclusively for registered tenants via the app.
Are there sanitary facilities?
A toilet facility with shower is available at each location and can be used by the tenants.

How can I rent a G-PARX storage unit?
We offer our customers 2 options for renting a storage space:
1) You call us, ask for advice and book the suitable storage space via our service employee.

2) You search for and configure your desired space yourself via our online booking system.
You will find the ordering system here.
You decide on the desired rental space at your desired location, enter your necessary contract data and receive the rental contract by e-mail after a positive Schufa check. Please print out two copies and return both signed copies to us. At the same time, you pay the deposit and the first rent. As soon as we have received these two amounts, you will receive your countersigned copy of the rental contract back from us and direct access to your rental space via our G-PARX app.
What is included in the rent?
The storage space prices shown are final prices. This means that there are no additional (hidden) costs or fees for you.
Included are the rent for the space, the operating costs and the VAT. Electricity costs for the rental space are charged separately.
Do I have to pay a rental deposit?
Yes, a rental deposit of 3 monthly rents is payable upon conclusion of the rental contract.
Deposits according to storage type:
TYPE Mini: EUR 687.00
TYPE Grow: EUR 1.077,00
TYPE Maxi: EUR 1.377,00
TYPE Pro: EUR 1,737.00
How long is the rental period?
The minimum term is 6 months. After that, the rental contract continues for an unlimited period. Long-term rentals are possible, but do not change the rental price.
When and how can I cancel my storage space?
The notice period is 6 weeks to the end of the month and must always be in writing.
What size do I need?
At G-PARX, the individual objects are modular and the areas are configurable from 16m² – 112m².
Can I change the size of my storage room?
Yes. Changing storage spaces is possible. Ask our staff about currently available compartment sizes.
Who else gets access to my storage room?
In addition to the tenant, other persons can be registered. To do so, call our service department.
Anyone who is not registered will not be granted access to the grounds.
What must not be stored?
Is there a caretaker?
Central administration and facility management are carried out by the G-PARX service team.
Our facility manager is on site at least once a week.
Can I set up a lifting platform?
Lifting platforms can only be set up for private use (hobby mechanics). The operation of a commercial automotive workshop is not permitted.
